Really! He will commit further crimes if not held. That's ridiculous and shows the hypocrisy of these courts. It doesn't matter what you say; the Justice system is corrupt.

I think because he didn’t have an attorney and this wasn’t the assigned judge, this judge was leaving it for the assigned judge to decide.

It’s not a racial issue at all. This explains it.

Thanks. Yeah there are definitely some concerns.

Floyd was not represented, and asked the judge for a public defender. Judge denied his request saying he didn't qualify. The judge then said hire a lawyer if you don't qualify. Floyd said he didn't have the funds and that he was financially responsible for his daughter. Further, that he wasn't a flight risk since he flew to GA to turn himself in. Judge sent him back to jail. Floyd had an exchange with an FBI agent in another state when he was being served, that was the premise why he was a supposed flight risk. Floyd and Pastor Lee, were both indicted in same week, for RICO, witness tampering charges. They were the ones that spoke to the famous RUBY FREEMAN. The poll worker that kept stuffing ballots in machines in the middle of the night from a suit case found under the table, after the water leak in the polling station. My question is, if Ruby Freeman did not commit election fraud, how is talking to Freeman witness tampering? She isn't a witness to anything, right? She is just an honest poll worker according the Governor of GA and DOJ, so why are a Paster and Floyd being indicted for RICO, conspiracy to talk to a non-witness, who did nothing other than count votes. LESSON: If you are a conservative don't ask questions about the election of anyone. We are all considered witnesses by the govt.

Freeman is a witness because the allegations are that she was intimidated into falsely claiming to have committed election fraud.

It's not political

Let's wait until trial to decide that.

So is Fani Willis, who is also black, is now a racist? The judge only granted what she requested so tell me how this is an example of institutional racism versus simply about being dirt poor.

Exactly. Very well said.
