President Trump also revealed that the U.S. military has actually struck three narco-terrorist boats off the coast of Venezuela, not just the two that have been publicly announced by the War Department.

We are going to receive them properly, and we have a plan.” It wouldn't surprise me if all the talk of President Trump using the military to crush the drug cartels has caused her to change her mind.
