Trump said at a White House event with technology leaders that CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig is working to bring Hyperliquid into the United States in a fully compliant and legal fashion. Trump also noted that Selig authorized the first true Bitcoin perpetual futures contract on a CFTC-registered exchange in May. "People fundamentally misprice Hyperliquid and Arthur is one of the people who actually has the best pricing and probably the most edge" 🦣 "The global perpetual swap market is anywhere from $20-30 billion in revenue a year, and Binance conservatively makes $10 billion a year in revenue." "Hyperliquid does about one-sixth to one-tenth the volume that Binance does on perps—if Hyperliquid is making a billion a year, that puts Binance at conservatively $10 billion annually just from perps."
