That’s why I’m also taking a binder like zeolite or activated charcoal to help flush everything out. It’s only been about 24 hours, so I don’t feel much different yet. I’ll keep updating as I go. I ended up getting the horse paste because it was affordable and easier to find, but I know a lot of people are now looking for cleaner options. I’ll keep documenting how it goes.
