ISIS has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in Moscow. President Vladimir Putin has yet to issue a public statement regarding the incident at Crocus City Hall, Moscow. The U.S. appeared to have foreknowledge of a potential attack, as evidenced by a warning issued regarding the possibility of "extremists" targeting concerts.

HAMAS STATEMENT CONDEMNING THE TERROR ATTACK IN MOSCOW RUSSIA.
