They were terrorism suspects, were cleared, and then were released, which is what a civilized country does. Which you understand, but are obfuscating for propaganda purposes. As for the stripping, it's because Hamas terrorists strap bombs to their bodies, as you also know.

It turns out that the fourth body is of a palestinian from Jericho that Hamas claimed was a collaborator of the IDF. The attached clip was published on May 26th 2024. Hamas claimed that they killed an IDF soldier. They later "downgraded" him to a palestinian traitor. And now, they sent his body to Israel, claiming it was one of the hostages!!! There are ZERO chances this was done by mistake!
