The ICE agent points at him and says, “I will tell you this, brother… if you raise your voice, I will erase your voice.” The person filming clarifies, “If I raise my voice you will erase my voice?!?” The agent responds, “Exactly, yeah.” The person asks, “Are you serious?!?” And the agent replies, “Yep.” A federal agent openly threatened to murder a U.S. citizen for exercising his First Amendment right, ON CAMERA.
