AG Todd Blanche was pretty tight lipped about the evidence they have on Comey, but he said that they are looking at devices and there was a communication that was sent in this case. “There’s a communication that was sent allegedly in this case, and so that means that we have to look at devices…” Is he referring to the Instagram post itself? It feels like more than that because it doesn’t seem like a grand jury would indict him for JUST the Instagram post.
