The supreme court has already upheld our ability to use a pocket rescission at the end of the fiscal year. We don't want these programs that exist and we haven't been able to get congress to act. Holder: The Supreme Court is a broken institution. And it’s something that has to be part of the national conversation in ’26 and in ’28. If there is a Democratic trifecta in 2028—and I think the possibility of that is pretty good—Supreme Court reform has to be on the table. Term limits, at a minimum, and potentially expanding the Court are things that should be seriously considered. We cannot leave in place, without at least a discussion—and I think without substantive reforms being implemented—the Supreme Court as it is presently constituted.
