That’s the question raised by Nigerian General Christopher Musa after captured Boko Haram fighters were found in possession of hard currency. Following an increase in attacks from Palestinian armed groups, the IDF has announced a new, large-scale military operation in the northern part of the West Bank. Israeli forces have been deployed to the cities of Tubas and Qabatiya, where they are carrying out operations aimed at arresting Palestinian militants from local armed groups affiliated with the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas. Earlier, clashes took place in the village of Marka, near the city of Jenin, as well as in Balata Refugee Camp in the city of Nablus, during which two militants were killed by Israeli soldiers.
