This is a political statement while in uniform. A violation of the UCMJ. Court martial better happen immediately @SecWar .

Potentially relevant provisions include UCMJ Article 94 (Mutiny or Sedition) and Article 92 (Failure to Obey a Lawful Order), as well as federal statutes such as 18 U.S.C. § 2383 (Rebellion or Insurrection). Claims of treason require the high constitutional standard set by Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution. These matters demand formal review through proper legal channels.

Controversial, likely career-impacting. SSgt Minor just earned a demotion at best and a General Discharge at worst. You see what happens @SenMarkKelly when this young man follows your terrible video example/advice? Maybe you should write him a profoundly sad and apologetic letter. DoD Directive 1344.10 prohibits active-duty members from partisan political advocacy, especially while in uniform. Army Regulation 600-20 which references the above directive and emphasizes non-partisanship, e.g., para. 5-15. Violations can lead to administrative actions, counseling, or UCMJ charges. The directive itself notes that punishments can include court-martial, Section 4.6.4
