Ice doesn't need a judicial warrant. It's called the immigration responsibility act of 1996. Approved by congress signed into law by Bill Clinton. It practically removes constitutional rights to illegal immigrants. All ice needs is an administrative warrant. The law also allows ICE to expedite deportations.
