As a former dairy farmer, dairy farms don’t have combustibles as part of their operations outside of a tractor. Might as well say a tree farm had a massive oil spill.

I grew up in Dimmitt. Have family there and know that place well. I can absolutely tell you this - there is nothing there that could have caused such an explosion. This was no accident. That was most likely an ammonia nitrate explosion and dairy farms don’t use the stuff - every crop grown does though and the stuff is easy to get. Remember Norman, Oklahoma?
