🚨 Yesterday, I was proud to stand with Idaho's conservative legislators to introduce the following series of bills to crack down on illegal immigration in our state for good: - Require the Department of Corrections to record and then publish the total number of illegal aliens in our prisons. - Require the state superintendent to publish the total of illegal aliens in government run schools. - Require any hospitals and clinics that receive state funding to record and publish how many illegal aliens receive healthcare. - Require an audit of any NGO performing refugee resettlement services - Prohibit any NGO from concealing or transiting illegal aliens and treating refugee resettlement the same as benefits for illegal aliens - Prohibit the Idaho Housing authority from providing benefits to illegal aliens. - Require local law enforcement to try and enter into 287(g) agreements with ICE. - Prohibit state agencies and state funded institutions from hiring foreign visa holders or illegal aliens.
