Colin Albert has enlisted in the Army. He was also due to give a deposition in the O'Keefe v Read civil case but was a no show, as well as refused to present discovery. Also worth mentioning, the HAM defendant's lawyer for Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Allie McCabe, Brian Albert, Julie Albert, and Brian Higgins sent an email to Karen Read's lawyers last night at 9:30pm stating that none of them will be available to sit for their depositions until after July 20, 2026. Now Jen McCabe’s claiming she makes “butt dials” all the time to try to normalize the incriminating calls she made to Officer John O’Keefe’s phone, which she later deleted. The only problem with that excuse, however, is how did Jen McCabe butt dial John O’Keefe 7 different times, but each of those times she also apparently butt hung up the phone before it went to voicemail? FOIA documents reveal Lt. Tully was informed by Trp. Guarino that Jen McCabe went to 34 Fairview for FIVE MINUTES prior to her and Kerry Roberts trip to Sgt. Lank’s house on January 30th. She tells a story about how it was actually John O'Keefe, while on their second date, that confirmed there is or was a swinging community within Canton. She said that Karen was screaming and directed their attention to the back right tail light, that Jen saw missing pieces of tail light, that Kerry was screaming back at Karen and telling her she was crazy. Shortly after that Adam Lally played surveillance video of the incident in question and it revealed that Jen was lying about all of this.

Do you really think any of the jurors in the #KarenReadTrial are going to believe that this woman, Jen McCabe, wouldn’t say anything at all to make #KarenRead look & sound bad? What person, who’s testifying at their “friend’s” murder trial, shows this much glee & excitement when the Judge gives them the green light to completely trash the defendant? What person, who’s testifying at their “friend’s” murder trial, is this eager to be able to turn to the jury and say something absolutely horrendous—designed to be hurtful—and what Jen herself described as being “horrific”? If Jen McCabe was so “horrified” by this nasty, mean-girl statement about Karen Read, wouldn’t she be equally, if not more mortified to then have to repeat it to the jury and the whole world? Or to have to repeat it in front of Karen Read herself? This is nasty, vicious, mean-girl type behavior, and Jen McCabe’s reaction of utter excitement and joy when the Judge allows her to say it is Jen revealing her true colors.
