Once you understand this truth as an owner … you and your employees can both win ❤️❤️❤️‼️ pass this onto a business owner … When I was a kid my dad used to talk about being upset about his employees not working as hard as him. Even as a 16-year-old I turned to my father and told him, "Well they will never work as hard as you if they don't own the business." This is a lost understanding among so many owners. We must not have the audacity or the selfishness to expect this. We must work for them once we work for them and understand what they want, whether it's money or vacation time or status or a bigger title. Once we work for them they will work for us.

But in order for this to be official, we need confirmation from The First Descendant Official whether fever time damage is suppose to last as long as the fever time duration, or only last for a short time. But it's currently a bug since fever time bonus damage is still going even when you're not in enhanced mode. Build in this video right here (Read pinned comments)

This is so real what Tyler said because people forget the person they look up to or idolize are human just like them and forget to consume the art and start to dig to deep in their business it becomes a violation. This is textbook corruption in America - A group of multimillionaires from New York moved and bought beachfront property in a small town called Boca Grande, Florida - The beach is public and the only way to access it for the local residents is to go to the island, park and enjoy it - The millionaires from New York who bought properties there, decided they didn’t like looking at the public in their backyards using the beach “So what did they do? Do you ride a bike? Or an e-scooter? Or walk a dog? If so, please take a second to read this. If you are on a bike or scooter on a shared pathway and approaching someone walking a dog, please be courteous and slow down a little. Especially if coming up from behind. I am a wheelchair user with a dog and we have way too many close calls with fast moving bikes and scooters. People not using a bell and whipping by within inches. If the dog turned it's head or stepped a bit wide, they'd be hit. I'll happily move as far to one side of the path as possible, and if I've got the younger dog who isn't as experienced around fast moving things, I'll stop at the very side and have him sit in front of me to give everyone as much space as possible. If I don't know you're approaching, I can't do that. So please, for the love of dog, use your bell. Don't wait until you're right behind someone with a dog. Use it while you're still at a distance, and if you aren't sure they noticed it, ring it a few more times. Give them as much time as possible to move to the side and prepare the dog. If it's a puppy or a dog that hasn't had much experience with bikes, being able to get them off the path or give them a little extra distance from the fast moving bike helps prevent them from getting scared. The vast majority of cyclists are great and really respectful, but there's always a few that aren't. This year the challenge is kids on e-scooters. They are going fast and having fun. Safety isn't at the forefront of their mind. They often don't use a bell or slow down at blind corners, and many don't think about giving the dog any space. I've been startled a few times by them so I can only imagine how the dog felt. This is one of the reasons why I do a lot of desensitization and counter conditioning. Dog owners-you need to do your part to. If you've got headphones on, make sure you can still hear the bike bell. Make sure to give the cyclist or scooter rider as much space as possible from your dog. And of course, unless you are on a designated off leash trail, keep your dog on a leash. If you have a puppy or a newly adopted dog that might not be comfortable around bikes, take some kibble or treats and go hang out with them near a multi use path. Let them watch. As the bike or scooter approaches, drop a few treats on the ground. For many dogs, this is all it takes, but if your dog is visibly stressed, fixated on the bike, or reacting, try moving a further from the trail and once they're comfortable at a slightly further distance, try closer again. If they are still stressed or fearful even with more distance, don't force the issue. Instead introduce them to a bike that isn't moving, and gradually work them up from there. If they are struggling, talk to a trainer. Regardless of if you are holding a leash, riding a bike or scooter, or enjoying a walk outdoors, just be respectful. And of course, be safe. Dr. Ken Berry asked me on his podcast: "How do you begin the low carb diet with someone who has diabetes and Alzheimer's?" I replied: "The easiest way to do this by taking the food they like, changing the ingredients in that food, and serving it to them. I don't get a whole lot of push back on that and it's healthy for them." "We can serve them lasagna or pancakes, although it's not quite lasagna and pancakes, it tastes pretty darn close." We use Maria Emmerich recipes to help with this and we try to get them on the low carb thing as quickly as possible.

“Who will pick the crops?” That isn’t just a tone‑deaf or racist remark, it’s a window into the Democrat mindset that still, to this day, tolerates and even benefits from modern‑day slave labor. And why should we be surprised? This isn’t the first time in history they’ve done this. If only Democrats fought half as hard for American citizens, as they do for the illegal immigrants they continue to exploit for cheap labor and political gain.

When I am at the gym and I see somebody’s water bottle there or a towel or something. I know they just stepped away for a moment and that the machine is occupied. Out of respect I won’t move it out of the way only for them to come back and have to explain themselves anyways. This young lady on the machine left her water bottle on it because she stepped away for a moment to use the restroom only for somebody else to come by and try to use it in her place. Would you have understood the etiquette or is it just a free for all? When I first started working out I was unfamiliar with the gym etiquette. Some people just got done with a hard set and need to stand up and walk for a few moneys or get a drink of water and they use it as their rest period so that they can go back at it. Interrupting that process is the same thing as booting them off the machine mid workout. It’s rude and uncalled for but why does it keep happening? I think what it is, is that some people are very judgmental, they see others and think that they are more serious about working out than the other person so that to them it means they are entitled to use it first because their workouts are more important. I used to let them do that to me but no more. I treat it as first come first serve, if they don’t want to wait then maybe they need to avoid the gym during peak hours. This is the very reason I work out in the middle of the night most of the time. I rather not be bothered and if I need to take my time I can, most of the time nobody else is even there anyways when I go.
