The interviewer Rajiv Shukla is now a Congress MP, and he himself has requested fake news factories to stop spreading lies around this video. This interview was done in the year 2000 or 2001, even before Modi became a chief minister. He was a general secretary in BJP then. This is the video I had mentioned about in yesterday's Asianet News debate. Regarding the course — the university has clarified that it's a two year program with 8 papers on political science. Sampoornna Rajshartra is the course name. It would be better if you could check if the university had offered a PG in this discipline in those days. Please check and come back with results, will you?
