🔴ELIMINATED: Behnam Shahriyari, commander of the Quds Force’s Weapons Transfer Unit in the IRGC, was eliminated in a precise IDF strike in western Iran. Shahriyari was responsible for all weapons transfers from the Iranian regime to its proxies across the Middle East in order to directly advance the Iranian regime’s plan to destroy Israel. Shahriyari also commanded the transfer of hundreds of millions of dollars annually to various terrorist organizations. Furthermore, he led the extensive effort to finance and arm these terrorist organizations—an effort that has resulted in the deaths and injuries of many Israeli civilians and soldiers. He was eliminated more than 1,000 km from Israel while traveling in western Iran. His elimination represents a severe blow to the ability of the terrorist organizations surrounding Israel to regroup and strengthen after being heavily damaged by the IDF during the war.

Two Hamas operatives who had been advancing attacks on troops were killed in Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip over the weekend, the IDF announces. One strike in northern Gaza on Saturday killed Ahmad Munir Khalil Zaza, chief of engineering in Hamas's West Jabalia Battalion, according to the military. The IDF says Zaza was involved in manufacturing and distributing weapons to the battalion's fighters and was responsible for building explosive devices and booby-trapping homes. "Recently, Zaza attempted to plant explosive devices near the Yellow Line to harm IDF troops operating in the area," the military says. In a separate strike in northern Gaza, the commander of Hamas's sniper array in Gaza City, Hussein Safadi, was killed, the IDF says. "Safadi was responsible throughout the war for all sniper attacks against IDF troops operating in the Gaza City area," the military says, adding that recently he "repeatedly violated the ceasefire agreement and attempted to train terrorists and advance additional sniper attacks against IDF troops."

The IDF confirms carrying out several airstrikes in the Gaza Strip overnight and this morning, in response to a "blatant violation" of the ceasefire yesterday. Among those killed in the strikes was a Hamas terrorist who infiltrated the Re'im military base during the October 7, 2023, onslaught, according to the IDF. The military says the strikes targeting terror operatives in northern Gaza, Gaza City, and Khan Younis came after five Palestinian gunmen emerged from a tunneland approached troops on the Israeli side of the ceasefire line last night. The targeted terror operatives "had recently been working to restore the capabilities of the terror organizations in the Strip and were advancing terror attacks against IDF troops and the State of Israel," the IDF says. One of the strikes killed Ahmad Bayouk, who the IDF says raided the Re'im military base on October 7. Meanwhile, the IDF also announces that a strike on Monday, in response to an attack by gunmen on troops in southern Gaza's Rafah a day prior, killed a Palestinian Islamic Jihad commander. Azem Abu Huli, who headed Islamic Jihad's elite forces in the Strip's center, was responsible for supplying weapons to other terror operatives, as well as advancing attacks against troops, the army says. Abu Huli commanded Islamic Jihad terrorists who invaded Israel on October 7, and throughout the war also trained operatives "to practice scenarios involving the abduction of IDF soldiers," the IDF adds.
