@UbisoftSupport @Shiiny77 @Ubisoft Yep. Happened to me. Got one email saying “respond with this code if it was you” and before I could log in to close the ticket down I was told my password was wrong. Tried to reset it with email, and 2fa phone number and both had been decoupled already. Lol
