Some Occams razer here. If we had working self-assembling nanotechnology, why would we be putting in IN PEPSI?! You can't see nanotech or "quantum dots" with an optical microscope, you'd need an electron microscope. Also, glucose self assembles when dissolved in water.

This seems fake - given the particles depicted are static. Anyone that has operated a microscope with suspended particles in a liquid knows there is constant movement of the particles in a suspension, even with a cover glass!
