I trust actual developers who are working on the console more than digital foundry... Plus they weren't claiming switch 2 is stronger than series S, just that if a game can run well on Series S then it should port fine to Switch 2 no problem

DF Confirms: Nintendo has been lying about the image quality of the clips they show to compare Switch 1 vs Switch 2 differences. Nintendo are FRAUDS!!! This is how I know The Switch 2 was just supposed to be a Switch 1 Pro, Nintendo purposely made the clips of Switch 1 look more washed out because the differences aren't that much different in general, Switch 1 games don't look much different than Switch 2 games.
