#NickiMinaj is absolutely right. As a Latina, I have always found beauty in every shade, every culture, every woman. I genuinely do not understand why women are constantly pushed to compete with one another, as if one person’s beauty somehow cancels out another’s. Beauty is not a ranking system. It is personal. It is preference. It is perspective. I remember asking my father once what the best wine was, and he said, “The one you like.” He was right. Beauty works the same way. The most beautiful woman is the one you see as beautiful. Period. We need to stop tearing each other down and stop trying to look like carbon copies of one another. Look at celebrities today, everyone is starting to look exactly the same. That is not empowerment, that is insecurity dressed up as trends. Women should be allowed to love themselves without apology. Because loving yourself is the greatest gift you can give others. A individual who knows how to love themselves will know how to love others. They have given us so many reasons to feel as if we are not enough so that we project that very thing onto others. We project what we feel within, and most times people are too ignorant or blind to see that very very important truth.

Finally the fact that the large majority of Black folk are culturally conservative esp. those that are the most successful is paying off for the nation. For decades they held their tongue due to the lie-filled promises Democrats made. Now that they're realizing those empty promises have all but destroyed the once vibrant rural and small town and city Black American culture that contributed greatly as part of the greater American culture and created the Poverty stricken Black urban street culture to take its place. Democrats empty promises have impoverished them, made them dependent on government handouts while eschewing work while other dependency programs destroyed the once typical (pre 1960s) Black family w/a present father. All this is happening in the knick of time as the nation is locked in a battle against American-hating progressive far-left which had claimed Black America as their property. Her very public coming out will enable those who agree with her to follow and break the chains tying them to the Demoncratic party and join with the side that shares their values.
