Consequently, all four tax reform bills have now been considered for third reading and passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The next step is for the conference committee which has been set up by the National Assembly to harmonise areas of differences in the two versions of the bills as passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate before transmission to Mr. President for assent.

Don’t be scammed.!!!! What the ndc has passed today is not the LGBT Bill that was before the house. The bill as passed in 2024 and as relaid before the house, has now been mutilated by the ndc. About 31 of the old clauses have been deleted today. What has been passed now is an empty piece of legislation under the old name. It is not the same bill. Yet they are going around telling people it’s the same old bill that they promised to sign. Such a lie!!!!! When we say this ndc govt is a scam it is a matter of fact.

The foundational constitutional purpose of the Senate of Canada is to provide a sober second thought. They are not elected. Almost all of them been appointed by the Liberals. Many Bills are passed with "We have figures that show some Bill have passed with barely half of all Senators voting." There is no second sober thought and with such democracy in Canada is broken. The Senate basically became a taxpayer funded reward club for the Liberals, with another reminder as Mark Carney appointed his staffer/advisor.
