Nottingham University Hospitals is already facing an independent review into serious maternity failings and the devastating experiences of hundreds of families. Now the Trust admits maternity data has been lost. These aren’t meaningless files on a computer. They are records connected to mothers, babies, deaths, injuries and families searching for answers. How does vital maternity data simply disappear? Families deserve to know exactly what was lost, how it happened, whether the independent investigation has been compromised, and who is accountable.

@skysarahjane Perverting the course of justice and corruption in real time. No matter how high level the wrong-doing is. The people will never get justice. My case, public funded company DELETED/LOST my employment contract & presented a contract I'd never seen & wasn't signed. I lost 👍🏻

@skysarahjane You really couldn’t write it if you were trying could you… This just continues to show the disdain that the hospital holds for people who just want to know what happened and who looked at their records. Completely legitimate asks.

@skysarahjane lost is a funny word for data that's probably just sitting on a drive somebody forgot to secure

@skysarahjane And we’ve got to remember the police, in June 2025, thought a maternity file had been most likely deleted "intentionally or maliciously". No one was identified. And now this happens ….
