🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Florida after a 19-year-old whose speeding Mustang K*LLED two elderly people last year... ...was just caught doing 120 to 130 MPH, running stop signs, and turning off his headlights to escape cops... ...ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE. AND HE IS STILL WALKING FREE. His name... is Denis Maldonado-Reyes, he's 19 years old, in Apopka, Florida. Back in November, troopers say he was driving 90 miles per hour in a 45 zone. Double the limit. His Ford Mustang plowed into the side of a LYNX transit van as it turned. Two people inside that van were k*lled. Jerry Earl, 81 years old. Aida Maldonado, 94 years old. He tried to blame the VAN. Nearly a YEAR later, that fatal case still hasn't been resolved. He pleaded not guilty and he's been walking free the entire time. And what did he do with that freedom? Late last month, a deputy saw his Mustang blow through a four-way stop. Pass a car over a double yellow line. Then TURN OFF HIS HEADLIGHTS in the dark to try to disappear. The chase hit 130mph. I want repeat offenders to stay in jail. I want the thing to happen that everyone assumes is already happening but isn’t.

I've been saying it for a long time, but eventually vigilante justice is going to make a comeback because the authorities can't punish people properly anymore. People will eventually reach their breaking point and take matters into their own hands.

Prison might cure that. He should never be allowed to get behind the wheel again. There is something mentally unstable about him.

So he’s out on bond pending trial on a reckless homicide, he’s driving on a suspended license and fleeing police at 120+ mph. Has the prosecutor sought to revoke his bond? If not, why not? He’s an ongoing threat to public safety.

You know, judges appear on ballots every couple of years and can be voted out of office. Many people just skip over them because there are usually dozens on the ballot, "and well, I don't know anything about them". This needs to end. Pull up their judicial records and vote them out. Most non-votes go down on the ballot as a yes vote. It's not based on who actually voted for or against them. Remember their names, and vote!

Driving is a privilege not a right,this punk has already killed two people,he shouldn't be behind the wheel of a vehicle ever again let alone walking the street. Officials in Florida do your job and lock this punk you NOW!!

You already have a fatal crash case hanging over you, a suspended license, and then allegedly go right back to driving like a damn maniac at 130 MPH? And we’re supposed to just shrug? Still Waiting A Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson told WFTV on September 3 that the agency was waiting for evidence results from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement before beginning work with the State Attorney's Office on the fatal crash. The States Attorney, Monique Worrell is at odds with DeSantis and @AGJamesUthmeier for being soft on crime. The problem, it hasn’t even made it that far.
