The Daily Wire attributed the information to agency sources; DHS subsequently denied the reported directive. “The report of a new policy stopping those arrests is definitively false.” ⚠️ Not independently established by the public evidence I've found so far. What we can say with confidence is that DHS says the report is false. The existence of a denial isn't itself proof that the underlying anonymous-source report is false.

Having no criminal conviction or pending criminal charge in U.S. records is not the same thing as being legally in the United States. A person can be subject to immigration enforcement because of their immigration status even without a criminal conviction. Deportations will lower prices in all industries while removing tens of millions of criminals that flooded America because of the Biden administration. If people want to come to America to become American we support that. If you want to come to America to benefit but not leave your home country you can be a guest. The problem is the countries who are taking advantage of our systems. Millions of anchor babies are born here on vacation or by surrogates then shipped back to be raised in their home country. Once they've been indoctrinated they're sent back to America to become a politician or work in an industry they can control for foreign interests.
