This ignorant fuck has no idea how the U.S. government works. @BasedMikeLee needs a sufficient second backing his roll-call. Which is at least 1/5 of the Senators present (a minimum of 11). If he does NOT get a sufficient second then his request for a roll-call vote fails - the yeas and nays are not ordered - and the Senate then votes on the motion to recess.
