Patrick tweeted about the responsible DHS agents, who were originally involved with the ballots. He, also, posted the tweet below about the Chinese receipt, just before the FBI agent appeared and took control. Some of those, tweeting to Patrick, warned him to at least keep a copy or take a photo of the Chinese receipt, mentioned below. Even as early as January 2021, Americans suspected that some members of the FBI were involved and were afraid the original receipt would disappear.
