BREAKING: Peter Navarro just tried to justify Trump’s tariffs by claiming that without a strong auto industry, “we’ll be speaking some other language.” Let’s be clear: 1. Trump’s tariffs are hurting the U.S. auto industry—not helping it. 2. The idea that we’ll lose our language if we don’t prop... show more

Someone tell Navarro that thanks to our brave military soldiers who fought WWII, we are not speaking another language.

I don't understand how this guy has a job, much less how he's working for the White House.

Here’s what could get more expensive with Trump’s new tariffs.

Tariffs are a strategic tool to counter foreign exploitation, not fearmongering. China owns over 350,000 acres of U.S. farmland and targets critical sectors like tech and infrastructure through predatory investment. The 2025 America First Investment Policy restricts adversarial access to strategic assets while fast-tracking allied capital. Navarro’s point isn’t about language—it’s about sovereignty. When foreign adversaries dominate industries, they gain leverage over supply chains, jobs, and innovation. Tariffs force accountability. The real unhinged policy? Letting China exploit U.S. markets while bureaucrats pretend “free trade” isn’t a one-way scam. Protect American industry or lose economic independence—simple as that.

We all know how much MAGA hates people who speak other languages. They probably hate that I'm a polyglot.

Racist much, Navarro?

He's trying to use fear to distract from failed policy. It's a common tactic of authoritarian regimes.

All the lairs are making the media rounds today. Trying to do cleanup.

And they certainly aren't helping to ease the markets for the open Tomorrow morning.

MEANWHILE the truth is… GM just announced increasing Production and Hiring more Employees due to tariffs. 👇

Yet 50 countries have contacted Trump if not more about lowering their tariffs. Wanting to make better trade deals. Seems like it’s working so far
