@metpoliceuk It’s really annoying when you’re going about your day, not bothering anyone, and people physically stop you from travelling for politically motivated reasons which have nothing to do with you.

A conspiracy is an agreement to commit a crime. The crime doesn’t have to be actively committed by every member of the conspiracy; they just have to agree to play their part, whatever and wherever that might be. Accordingly not every conspirator has to be present; I could agree to be a part of a murder in Newcastle and be guilty without ever setting foot in the place. And the agreement doesn’t have to lead to a successful crime; as long as it was agreed the crime should take place, that’s enough. Otherwise the police would have to wait for every crime to occur and be able to do nothing to prevent it when they knew the plan ahead of time. Hopefully that makes it make sense; it’s really not that difficult.

@EuropeanPowell @metpoliceuk I can't see this going well for the police when it comes to trial. Phoebe comes across as a perfectly reasonable person genuinely confused at the inability of the police to explain what it is she is being arrested for. I hope she is well represented and the “charges” are dropped.
