There are some calls I just cant say NO too: Commercial emergency calls are one of them Call came in at 8am with a major water leak I was on site by 8:15 personally ( I was close) Got the water turned off and mobilized By 9:30 water extractor was on site By noon plumber was on site By 1pm containments and dehumidifiers were going Within 48 hours it will be fixed, be dry and I will have all the damaged fixed This is a commercial office building - 100+ people work in this building. Speed is all that matters I LOVE this work - fires me up Wonder if a robot will replace it?

If we’re talking older RPGs with GOOD COMBAT Kingdom of Amalur deserves a mention! 👌🏽 This game was MASSIVELY UNDERRATED for breaking that trend, great RPG systems and some of the best action-combat in the genre at the time 😮‍💨⚔️🔥 But yeahh, having grown up on action-adventure and hack n slash games, the combat in RPGs back in the day (like Dragon Age: Origins and World of Warcraft) really used to throw me off 😅 This game was a genuine breath of fresh air, and ticked all the boxes for me! 😌

I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. I was visiting Goa with my wife a couple of years ago. We were in this cosy little resort in South Goa right on Agonda beach, run by a middle aged Goanese couple. We had stayed there for three days and on the 4th day we drove to North Goa, walked into a bar and got drunk and so had to check in at a different hotel for the night. At 11:30 ish, the lady from the resort called us to check if we were okay and that she had waited up to see if we would return. I thanked her and assured her that everything is okay. I don’t think I have or will experience this anywhere else, and I am a fairly well traveled person. India, with all its follies, can sometimes give you the most heartwarming experiences. This was the view from our room at the resort.

We have sat on this video for a day as we wanted absolutely no negative publicity for Jerry Rice or the tournament but this TMZ story has now come to light and we feel the need to set the record straight on what took place. Judges and Jurors should be sacrosanct to the judicial process. It is hard to put in words my reverance for the judges and juries I stood before. The judges who presided over the many trials I have been a part of over the last 33 years have been amazing. The juries have always been what they shoud be- Untainted truth seekers. Many times, the jury members wrote me notes. I cherish each one. Many times, the judge allowed the jurors to meet us. I also cherish those interactions. I have spoken out regarding the jury process related to the murder trial of Karen Read. Why? Because I believe it to be a disgrace to all I have held to the highest esteem throughout my career. Was this a grand conspiracy? No. Just like the case, it was simple. Read and her propaganda team set out to taint the jury pool. It was not complicated and not disguised. They flaunted their goal. I believe they achieved their goal. Why? Look no further than juror 11. Watch what she has all too joyfully blasted all over SM and MM. Look at her follow list on X. Listen to her. Was she honest on her juror worksheet? I have also said I believe this case, like OJ, is a case of jury nullification. I stand by that likelihood. Let me further explain. In a nutshell, nullification occurs if jurors choose to ignore evidence and find someone either guilty or innocent based on other factors. Let's take the foreman who said if a dead man was on his front porch, police would have stormed his house. The facts show John O'Keefe was not on anyone's front porch. In fact, John was on the curtilage of 34 Fairview nearly as close to the neighbor's front door as the front door of 34 Fairview. The foreman seemingly disregarded this fact in evidence. Judges and Jurors should be sacrosanct to the judicial process. It is hard to put in words my reverance for the judges and juries I stood before. The judges who presided over the many trials I have been a part of over the last 33 years have been amazing. The juries have always been what they shoud be- Untainted truth seekers. Many times, the jury members wrote me notes. I cherish each one. Many times, the judge allowed the jurors to meet us. I also cherish those interactions. I have spoken out regarding the jury process related to the murder trial of Karen Read. Why? Because I believe it to be a disgrace to all I have held to the highest esteem throughout my career. Was this a grand conspiracy? No. Just like the case, it was simple. Read and her propaganda team set out to taint the jury pool. It was not complicated and not disguised. They flaunted their goal. I lost some of my faith in people yesterday. Do you all remember this story of the woman we found on the road carrying a dead child? Around 3pm yesterday while I was at the hospital, I got a call from Ope Ola Grace. She sounded really confused. I asked what’s wrong then she said she saw this woman at Lafenwa begging for alms among the beggars. I told her to wait there and make sure she doesn’t leave, that I am on my way to confirm with my eyes because it can’t be possible. I got there with Seeker of Truth and it was indeed true. Again me with AnimGraph2 gameplay moments :D It's just more enjoyable, and we all play on 63+ ping. Bullets go where I aim and I am more confident with taps. I don't even think about ping difference. 2 days ago I played faceit, I have 40 ping, and my enemy with 60+ ping runs out and kills me, I can't even see him. In AG2 I hold angles on high ping. If you have a chance, try it, but don't expect perfection. Valorant has 128tick servers, slower animations and still you can't always hold an angle. And we are talking about beta here, not a full release. We had a guy complaining and saying it was bad at the start — but by the end, even he had to admit it was actually better. Before someone say that I test against noobs, some of these clips are against 3400 elo players.

Officially moving on from Tech game after I get this thought off my chest. I more than welcome anyone smarter than me in regards to the football to chime in. I truly, truly, truly cannot wrap my head around the thought process here. These two plays I'm sure anyone with brain can agree officially sealed KU's slim chances in having a chance to win this game. The play calling to me seems like completely flipped in logic at best? First one, you are down 4, on your own 30 so you are not going to go for this. Ignoring that we were getting dominated in the trenches in this game and that the 'obvious' play is a run, I don't get why we make the decision in a must get spot to take the ball out of our QB's (who at the time was rolling) hands. Jalon Daniels is our best player. In an absolute must get/need, we should be relying on him to make a play. Then the second one. I obviously don't know the answer here, but I feel somewhat confident that the reason we didn't run here was because of how the earlier 3rd & 1 run went. While I don't necessarily agree with the premise of decision making on this alone, I can appreciate the recognition that we are going to struggle to gain a yard in an obvious run situation. But the thing is, we are in go for it range so the one thing you absolutely cannot have is a massive negative play. Literally anything else is okay (obviously not a turnover). I truly don't think there's a good chance we run the ball on this attempt and get a yard. But THIS situation gives you a free shot at it if you want to take it. I think this play call would have worked if we didn't let their best player run at our qb freely but I'd just argue this play had a ton of potential risk that wasn't necessary. Hell even a play action pass out of out shot gun or something rolling JD out to the left would have given us a good shot at first down with an escape route to bail out on the play if something went wrong. I'm once again for the millionth time saying I know and understand that this entire staff knows more about football in their pinky than I do. But I do think the game has evolved and game + clock management doesn't really require football knowledge/have a direct correlation to one's football knowledge. It's not as simple as ESPN's graphic says GO so you should go etc, there are variables and human behavior etc to deal with and I understand that. But we are just getting these situations downright wrong. We are flipping a coin that has a 20 pound weight attached to the heads side and calling tails almost every single time. S/O anyone who read all this but would just love some insight if there's anyone who disagrees and is a lot smarter than I!

I know many people have seen this video but I’d like to break it down a bit. I found this interesting for the timeline I’ve been putting together. Many of you have seen it. I’ll publish it again soon updated. Mark met Candace before she was anyone at TPUsa? Back in early 2017 at a TPUsa event? This is when she started doing her YouTube videos that took off. Was she stalking conservative events and high profile people to get into the circle? Did she stalk Charlie for months at events? Interesting. I remember her talking once about running around a TPUsa event handing out her cards to people so they’d know who she was. And then when Mark met her he offered to help her financially by giving her 1k a month for her bills. By just meeting her at an event? Because he was impressed with her. And thought she had potential. And she wasn’t a TpUSA employee? She’s good at manipulating for sure then. Then Charlie hires her at TPUsa in November about 6 months later then when Mark met her. That seems to be when she sent Mark the vile text saying she didn’t want to ever talk to him again with no explanation. I think it’s because she didn’t need him anymore. She succeeded in getting Charlie to hire her. It lines up. Then he says Charlie and him are hunting while the Kanye blowup is going on. So it’s really early in the Candace saga when Charlie says he needs to apologize for something. That people don’t change meaning Candace. That was Oct 2018. He says on that trip it was obvious Candace and Charlie had issues. Remember Candace was fired in May of 2019 from TPUsa. So Candace was being vicious from the beginning? I bet she was the one blowing up his phone in this clip. I wonder how long after Charlie hired Candace he regretted it. I bet immediately but he had her sign a contract the day he met her so he was locked in. My question is all this is was she stalking TPUsa events to get hired before Dave Rubin introduced Charle and Candace? Dave met her in early 2017 too. Mark says he tried to warn PragerU and DW about her. And that PragerU ended ugly. Why would these companies hire her after they saw what she had done at TPUsa. That will always confuse me.
