Interesting how every housing failure gets blamed on migrants rather than the politicians, developers and planning system that have been failing for decades. If migration stopped tomorrow, would that suddenly fix years of underbuilding, planning delays, rising construction costs and government incompetence? Or would people just need a new scapegoat? A protest against housing policy makes sense. A protest pretending migrants are the root cause feels like an excuse to avoid discussing the harder questions.
