This is reckless at the very least. But what’s most concerning is that all someone needs is login credentials to drastically alter the outcome of our elections. That’s the danger of using computers and machines for our elections versus having ballots counted by hand.

This manual intervention, without consistent verification, opens the door to massive fraud. And when that government takes office, we do not want it to inherit an economic disaster or a country in complete crisis. Party agents at Ejigbo LGA, Osun State, insisted on ballot counting before voting began during the last election. This is exactly what we must do in 2027.
