"Yeah, he has," President Trump said when asked Monday if North Korea's Kim Jong Un responded to his decision to scale back joint military exercises with South Korea. Trump said the move came as South Korea recently declined to join the U.S. effort to denuclearize Iran. "We can't go around and protect all of these countries, especially when they're not there to help us," the president said.
