John Thune took a 2-week vacation knowing his DHS funding deal wouldn't pass the House. Thankfully, Trump can call the Senate back in "on extraordinary occasions" like, I dunno, a WAR. So please, President Trump, invoke Article II Section 3 and GET JOHN THUNE'S ASS BACK TO D.C.
