The left wing elite are in full panic mode now that Paramount is buying Warner Bros Discover, and with that merger Trump ally Larry Ellison (and his son David) will control the combined media giant. Under the new ownership of Paramount, CBS News and CNN won't be fully controlled by the radical left. The far left wing "reporters" are CNN are in a full blown panic that they will no longer be able to promote their far left agenda. The Democrats were counting on their Obama allies at Netflix to purchase Warner Bros (and CNN). However the Ellison family outbid Netflix with $110 billion. Radical left wing senators like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are trying to claim "national security concerns" to block the merger. In reality, they are terrified at the thought of the left losing their control on the media narrative.

#BREAKING: Psaki: “…today has also been a very good day for Donald Trump’s billionaire buddies. Tonight we got the news that the Trump DOJ has approved Paramounts $111 billion deal to acquire Warner Brothers Discovery. That means two major movie studios, two major streaming services, CNN and CBS News will now all be under one roof, and all of it will be controlled by David Ellison, the son of course of MAGA billionaire Larry Ellison. Now, did paying $16 million to settle a completely BOGUS lawsuit over Kamala Harris’ interview, installing Bari Weiss at CBS News, gutting 60 Minutes and firing Stephen Colbert help grease the wheels a little bit? Who knows? I think you know. But what we do know for sure, is that it was a big day for the the Ellison boys.” 😂😳

🔥🚨 BREAKING — CNN is now officially under the corporate ownership of Trump allies as Paramount closes its $81 billion purchase of Warner Bros. The company is now called Skydance. David Ellison is chairman and CEO. His family and RedBird hold 100 percent of the voting shares. CNN, CBS, HBO, and Warner Bros. are all under one roof. After all these years of FAKE reporting, and the Russia hoax rerun, CNN has Trump-aligned leadership. The fake-news reporters are fuming because now their jobs are at stake. Trump already banned them from the White House.

JUST IN: Bernie Sanders says the United States is an oligarchy because Elon Musk opposed the initial spending bill. They never seem to have an issue when left-wing billionaires are influencing politics. "The wealthiest person in the world who spent at least 277 million to elect Donald Trump in a Republican Congress, has now claimed complete ownership of that party." "What we are looking at here has nothing to do with democracy." "What we are looking at here is oligarchy."

Joy Reid: Brendan Carr is weaponizing the agency to bully and control the press and suppress the wider televised media. Don Lemon arrested. Georgia Fort arrested. Terry Moran fired from ABC. Scott Pelley fired from CBS by the clique of far-right ideologues who bought it and handed it over to a zealot named Bari Weiss, who may soon also control CNN. Jim Acosta out at CNN. Karen Attiah fired from The Washington Post. And me, more than a year ago. All of us shown the door for just doing our jobs, standing up to the administration and, in my case, also for speaking out against the genocide.
