after consistently booking 100 b2b calls/mo from linkedin inbound funnels... i sat down with Lara Acosta and gave away our ENTIRE playbook in a 1-hour interview → every system → every framework → every DM script for context, a post with 40 comments booked me 4 qualified calls last week a single question in the DMs booked a client 72 calls in 26 days and one lead magnet batch generated 7,000 comments across 4 variations in this interview i break down exactly how all of it works... here's what's inside: → why i think content pillars are dead and what replaced them (awareness stage positioning: problem unaware, pain aware, solution aware) → the lead magnet system we run at 100 per week across all client accounts (what makes a good one, why 50 pages of text is a waste, and why the best lead magnets right now are all Claude/AI related) → the DM conversion framework that turns a free resource into a booked call in 3-5 messages ("hey, what caught your attention?" → discover the pain → drop a case study → assume the yes with a specific date and time) → why engagement doesn't equal revenue and what actually does (30k followers with low engagement booking 10x more calls than before because the conversion infrastructure changed) → the trend jacking strategy that makes dead accounts go viral overnight (spot it on X in the morning, build the resource by noon, post on linkedin by evening) → how to get your first case study using pay-for-results instead of free trials → the competitor analysis shortcut for never running out of content ideas → why the linkedin algorithm conversation is 90% excuse and 10% useful like + comment "POD" and i'll send you the full interview (must be following + RT for priority access)

You don't understand... Higgsfield MCP + Claude just automated AI film making. Every single step you used to grind through to make an AI movie, you can now do 10x faster. Drop the script into Claude Opus 4.8 and say: "Here's my script. Break it into a full shotlist. Shot number, scene, shot type, camera move and the action in each frame." Now the whole film is mapped, shot by shot. - Pull your assets. Ask Claude: "From this shotlist, list every character, every location and every prop across the whole film." That's your build list. The stuff you would need to generate and give as references in next steps. - Build the character sheets. Higgsfield MCP is connected, so Claude has hands now to do stuff directly. It generates the images itself. Have the full body, back view and close up in the character sheet. One per character. Each sheet becomes the locked reference for that face. Same move for locations, generate the empty plate for each one before anyone steps into it. - Generate the frames. Feed Claude the references plus the shot and have it write and fire the Seedance 2.0 prompt. "Using the lead's character sheet and the alley plate, generate shot 4 in Seedance 2.0. Low angle, slow push-in, rain." Claude builds the prompt, calls Seedance 2.0 and the frame lands back in chat. Use a Seedance 2.0 skill to teach Claude how to prompt it properly. Now, there are 3 ways to make the shots. Pick one per scene. - Pure prompting. Fastest one. You describe the action in words and let Seedance interpret it. For consistency across a sequence, feed it a frame from the previous shot so the look carries. - Storyboarding. You hand it a panel and it matches that composition exactly. Way more control over how the shot is framed. The tradeoff is that it can introduce more cuts than you actually want. - Path Control System This is the latest technique Seedance 2.0 technique. Generate a still base plate of the scene. Draw a red line across it to mark the exact path of the movement, then describe what's happening. Seedance follows that line for the action. Also ask Claude to remove the red line when animating. This is the one for anything where motion has to land precisely. The output reads like real live action. - Lastly, generate every clip you need, then cut them together. Get it to Capcut for editing and audio design. And that's it. The pipeline that used to need a full crew and a studio can now run from one Claude chat. 2026 is gonna be wild

Claude Design is f*cking cracked for landing pages 🤯 Find any competitor's e-com lander → feed it to Claude Design w/ your brand's design system → get back a fully rebuilt version in your brand, your copy, your design. All inside Claude Design. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still paying freelancers to build advertorial pages from scratch. If you're finding landers that have been running on Meta for 6+ months and want to test the same structure for your brand —> Briefing a designer, waiting a week, getting back a flat mockup, giving notes, waiting again... Claude Design eliminates the entire loop: → Use Go Full Pag to screenshot the full competitor lander → Feed it to Claude Design with your design system → Prompt it to extract the exact section structure and rebuild it for your brand → It rewrites all copy, applies your fonts, colors, and layout → Iterate section by section — send a screenshot of what you want to fix, it fixes it → Drop in your product images and founder photos as you go No designer. No back-and-forth briefs. No starting from scratch. What you get: -> Full production-ready lander built around a proven structure that's already converting on Meta -> Live elements (countdown timers, animated sections) auto-generated -> Mobile and desktop versions you can refine with plain-English prompts -> A repeatable system — new competitor, new screenshots, same pipeline I put together a full playbook breaking down the exact process — the prompts, the section-by-section editing approach, and how to set this up for any competitor lander. I just vibe coded a Meta Ads creative analytics tool in Claude Code 🤯 It plugs into your ad accounts, AI-analyzes every creative you've ever run, and tells you exactly what's working, what isn't, and WHY. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and creative agencies who are sick of staring at Ads Manager trying to reverse-engineer why one ad scaled and another tanked. If you're pulling weekly reports that show you spend, ROAS, CTR, and hook rate but never tell you WHY any of it is happening — and you're stuck watching videos one by one, guessing at angles, and making kill/scale calls on gut feel... This tool runs the entire loop for you: → Connect your Meta ad accounts in one click → AI watches every video and analyzes every static → Auto-labels each ad by asset type, messaging angle, hook tactic, and funnel stage → Win rate analysis broken down by every category → Kill/scale recommendations segmented by TOF, MOF, and BOF → AI-generated iteration recommendations for every underperformer No manual video watching. No guessing at what's working. No spreadsheets to track creative performance. What you get: - A full creative analytics dashboard pulling live from your accounts - AI classification on every ad you've ever run - Iteration priorities ranked by ads with real spend behind them - Weekly reports surfacing top and bottom performers with AI insights Built 100% in Claude Code as a real tool, not a one-off script. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how this works and what every feature does, including ALL the prompts I used so you can build it yourself. I just built a Claude skill that writes 20 Meta ad hooks in 60 seconds 🤯 Give it your product, your audience, and your best-performing angles → it writes hooks across 10 proven frameworks, each one targeted at a specific customer pain point. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still writing hooks from scratch every time they need new creative — staring at a blank doc, scrolling competitors for inspiration, and recycling the same 3 angles because you ran out of ideas two weeks ago. If you're launching Meta Ads and your hook writing process looks like this — open a Google Doc, try to remember what worked last time, write 5 hooks that all sound the same, run them, 4 flop, go back to the doc, repeat ... This skill replaces the entire process: → You give it your product name, key benefits, and target customer → It writes hooks across 10 frameworks: problem-solution, curiosity gap, bold claim, social proof, before/after, us vs them, question, contrarian, urgency, and storytelling → Each hook targets a specific pain point — not generic "Shop now" copy → Generates 2 variations per framework so you have options to test → Outputs everything organized by framework with notes on when to use each one → Takes about 60 seconds No blank page. No recycling the same 3 angles. No writing 5 hooks that all sound like the same ad. What you get: → 20 hooks across 10 proven frameworks, ready to drop into your ads → Each hook written for a specific customer pain point, not a generic audience → Framework labels so you know which hook type you're testing → A reusable skill — run it for every new product, every new campaign, every new angle sprint → Works from a product brief — no API connection, no CSV export, no setup beyond installing the skill One product brief. 20 hooks. 60 seconds. I put together the full skill file plus a playbook showing how to install it, customize the frameworks, and run your first hook sprint.
