Marshall just voted to keep the Iran war going while Kansas farmers harvest on $6 diesel and families pay $4+ gas. That’s not representing Kansas. That’s representing Trump.

@RogerMarshallMD this you? Do your constituents know you voted against stopping the Iran war? which means, gas/diesel will still be expensive and growing. Kansans - You have a choice to make in Nov and it couldn't be clearer.

How is it that simple? The U.S. Congress votes against; then what? We're already in, that's the whole problem. Walking away isn't a solve at this point.

I voted yes on the Iran War Powers Resolution. It’s time to restore accountability and let the American people decide when we go to war.

Today, the House passed another war powers resolution to stop Trump’s war in Iran. Senate Republicans voted it down. But the message from the American people is clear: end the war.

.Jon Husted, here is a video of you voting against every Iran War Powers Resolution. You have had 13 chances to oppose the war, but you voted with Trump every single time. You and your party are the reason diesel is $6.82/gal in Ohio.

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: The House and Senate have PASSED an anti-Trump Iran War Powers Resolution... ...but it has absolutely **ZERO** binding powers against President Trump. "It's just a symbolic vote..." The Senate voted almost a DOZEN times on a meaningless vote, WHERE IS SAVE AMERICA?! Stop with the games!

Trump has launched an unnecessary, idiotic, and illegal war against Iran that puts America’s servicemembers and embassy personnel at risk. I’m calling on Congress to immediately return to vote on my War Powers Resolution that blocks war with Iran without congressional approval.

As the Senate failed to advance a war powers measure for the seventh time on Wednesday that would limit President Trump’s ability to use military force against Iran, Sen. Lindsey Graham called the War Powers Resolution “patently unconstitutional.” “The whole concept of a war powers act is dangerous, absurd, and will lead to just chaos,” Graham (R-SC) said. "You can't have Congress running wars," he added. "If you want to stop war, stop the funding.”

Instead of focusing on the needs of the American people, Trump started a war of choice with Iran. I voted YES on the War Powers Resolution to prevent more casualties, stop Trump from further destabilizing the Middle East, and stop this madness.

This week, for the EIGHTH time, Senate Democrats are forcing a vote on our War Powers Resolution to withdraw our troops from hostilities with Iran. Senate Republicans: Support our War Powers Resolution. End the war. Get our troops out of harm’s way.

Americans didn't ask for a war in Iran and they don't want one in Cuba. Yet Republicans just blocked my war powers resolution that would prevent another forever war and more needless spending.

Republicans just shut down voting on the Iran War Powers Resolution the instant they knew they'd lose. Americans have had enough with this war in Iran. It's time we force Trump to end it.
