No kidding? That’s amazing. They have been the only large organization I’ve recommended. I’ve seen them all over the place in WNC doing actual manual labor (clearing trees, fix roofs, etc). Glad to see them also step up for the housing needs too, even when others ar leaving.

I just had 2 guys from Samaritan’s Purse come see me about helping me with a mobile home. They should replace FEMA with SP. they are kind, understanding and enjoy what they do. I can’t say enough about this organization.

Old school Samaritans picking up the slack that government created. This is an example of how things were before we had a massive government. On some level this is an amazing development. Thank you to Samaritan's Purse and Franklin Graham for bringing old tyme philanthropy back to the US.

So grateful to @SamaritansPurse and all of the amazing people who give of their time and talents. The federal government has been MIA and that is criminal! All of the people who gave willingly of their time and resources are angels among us.

This is 100% proof that citizens out perform the government on most things. 1. They care, 2. they do it, not wait for orders through a tangled bureaucracy, 3. They know the area, 4. They're far more creative, and 5. They're solutions based not government exacerbating problems.

Had 30 people from Samaritan's Purse, gut my neighbor's home in 6 hours and remove all the wet materials from the Helene flood in Marshall..., it was amazing to watch! Volunteers and this organization are the SIZZLE!

I met with American pastor Franklin Graham, President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse. We discussed expanding humanitarian initiatives: establishing medical centers, rehabilitation of veterans, and providing assistance to orphans and people affected by the war who were forced to flee their homes. I expressed my gratitude for the sincere support of Ukraine: for the assistance to children, our people, hospitals, and churches. I am thankful for the prayers, compassion, and financial support — it is important and highly valuable.

Yesterday was an amazing opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to be a blessing to people alongside Samaritan’s Purse. We saw the devastation of entire communities that have lost homes and all their belongings and even lost lives. So, we’re not only here for one day — we’re not going to forget about these folks. They will need our help for weeks and years to come. They will still need us to pray for them and lift them up. And they’ll need an organization like Samaritan’s Purse to walk alongside them.
