It was about 3 months ago. Turned out Lebanese army is unwilling and/or unable to disarm Hezbollah and drive it out. IDF is carefully doing it - ridge by ridge, village by village. The "agreement" is stuck. As always when US tries to force unrealistic "peace" in ME
