Over 19 people are injured and 3 are hospitalized at "Black Bike Week" after multiple fights caused a STAMPEDE that ended in a MASS CASU*LTY INCIDENT at in Myrtle Beach SC. This is the largest African American motorcycle event in the United States. I am from SC, but have lived in other states before moving back. Years ago, my then husband and I were gonna take a vacation to Myrtle Beach. We booked a room then later found out it was Black Biker week. We called the hotel to cancel but they refused to refund our money until my then husband threatened to ruin them. Then they complied. Businesses shut down during Black Biker Week in MB. These people will literally be in the road taking a crap or be having s*x on the side of the road. It is absolutely INSANE. They steal while they are there and wreck every establishment they enter. I think ALLL Businesses should just shut down for that week....even the hotels. Maybe they will stay out. The police always have their hands full. White Biker Week there .. is a stark contrast. You do not need to be in the gym six days a week. Doing so will reward you with worse progress, not more. Here's why: Fatigue accumulates. Not just from session to session. From week to week. From month to month. The hard leg session on Monday leaves a tax that has not been fully paid by the time you're back under a bar on Tuesday. Multiply that across six sessions and you are walking into every workout pre-fatigued. The first casualty is your high threshold motor units. The fibres with the most growth potential. The ones recruited only when the muscle is fresh enough to call on them with real load. Train under accumulated fatigue and those fibres never get touched. You're left stimulating the lower threshold fibres you maxed out years ago. Two rest days a week should be the bare minimum for anyone training hard. Three is better. This is Saurav Das, the spokesperson of the Cockroach Janta Party. Just two days ago, he was saying that they didn't need police permission to protest and that they would protest without any permission. He was also claiming that they would hold a massive protest and keep it going all day, making all sorts of big claims and bold statements. And today, barely an hour into the protest, Saurav Das's condition deteriorated. He couldn't handle the heat and reportedly became dehydrated. People were fanning him with handheld fans to help him recover. Saurav Das couldn't even last for one hour at the protest, yet these people claim they will bring change to the country and replace the government. 😂

I was surprised by the lack of interest in Juwan Johnson for the waiver run this week. Perhaps it's just the way I drafted TE this summer (cheap), but when a guy drops a 15-point game, and has a 96% route rate with a 27% target share, I'm going to go after that player. Whether or not he can sustain it is not even part of the question in my mind. You take the shot. Also, peep the 18-yard TD that he almost caught to tie the game with 4 seconds left on Sunday. That would've given him a 9/94/1 line for 24.4 PPR points 😱

Whether you are a random person on X or Elon Musk, I urge you all to please read this post and stop using videos like this one to claim that Biden has an "open border policy": #1) The people in this video are already on American soil. The agents have a few options here. Detain them behind the razor wire or detain them in front of it, let the children cut themselves on razor wire or make sure they don't get cut. #2) In May President Biden issued an "asylum ban" which barred migrants from applying for humanitarian protection if they cross the border against the law or fail to first apply for safe harbor while crossing through another country on the way to the U.S. The US COURTS OVERTURNED IT. Biden also requested $3.5B for more border patrol agents and judges and lawyers. Republicans refused. #3) Let me explain to you all why the people in this video can't simply be put on a truck and driven back into Mexico and dropped off: a - They have a right to due process according to our Constitution. b - There are international laws indicating that we can't just drop people off from Honduras or Cuba or any other nation into Mexico. What if one of these people claimed they were from Canada? Should we drop them in Canada? c - How do we immediately prove that a person is not an American, or an Italian, or a Brazilian if they claim they are? Stop pretending that Biden isn't doing anything. Stop pretending that the immigration problem is simple. Stop pretending that this has not been a problem for decades. Understand that the surge of migrants isn't the fault of Biden but actually global geopolitical upheaval in Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela and other nations. The companies that figured this out two years ago are already sitting on serious passive income. The barrier to entry is high but the people inside are not leaving. People who say “don’t honk much” are completely wrong. I took my car out and, by chance, the horn wasn’t working. I couldn’t drive for more than an hour. Bikes and e-rickshaws assumed I was just cruising, so they saw no reason to give way. It felt like cars were about to crash into me. I don’t usually honk much, but this experience was a nightmare. Try driving in India for just one hour without a horn and then tell me your review. The truth is, we Indians simply can’t survive on the roads without honking that’s the reality!

Making it purposely difficult, to not let analysts properly value your 2027 revenue 4. Increasing the polarized view on IREN by the market However: "approximately 60MW of air-cooled Blackwells" 1. You typically don't talk about gross capacity in a deployment like this 2. If it would be gross capacity, the GPU hour rate at IT level would be crazy high (at PUE 1.2, $680m / 50 = 13.6m/MW) 3. At 60MW IT load, and ~14kW draw at DGX server level, we can get to ~4,286 DGX systems with 8 GPUs per. 4. Based on this we can conclude that 60MW of IT load can run approximately 34k DGX B300. 5. 34k DGX B300 at $680m/yr, would represent a GPU hour price of $2.28 Now this is the problem with not disclosing your GPU quantity. You purposely make your business model look bad, because by approach, you get to a GPU hour price that would imply a payback period of 4 years, where only the last year of the contract is 100% margin. But of course, we can also take "the glass is half full" approach. IREN has ordered 50K B300s from Dell. They have 2 purchase orders for this, 1 between Dell Canada and IE CA Leasing Ltd for 4 phases, and 1 between Dell USA and IE US Hardware 1 Inc (amended from IE US Hardware 4 Inc on April 27, 2026). The order for Canada is divided in 4 phases, and are going to Mackenzie for 80MW of gross capacity, which happens to be 4 buildings of 20MW. The order for Childress is divided in 2 phases, and are going to DC35 and DC36, (as depicted in the earnings presentation) and those are 50MW gross. The purchase price of the order for Childress was $1.2B, and for Canada it was $2.3B If we go with 50,000 B300s for a total of $3.5B then $1.2 would represent 34.285% of the 50,000 GPUs, or 17,140 B300s rounded down. For this calculation I will consider that $IREN will deploy 17,140 GPUs in 50MW gross capacity in DC35 and DC36 of block 3 in Childress.. That would imply at 1.2 PUE, IREN can run 17,140 B300s in 41.67MW IT load. Now by that ratio, they can run 24,680 GPUs in 60MW IT load — a massive difference with 34k units through the Nvidia DGX reference calculation. If common sense is applied, you can still get to 2 completely different outcomes, that show a difference of more than 9k GPUs. The GPU hour rate at 24.68k GPUs would be $3.145 per B300, as MASSIVE difference from the earlier calculated $2.28. Sure, the DGX system may be a factor here. And I'm sure that the reality is somewhere in the middle. But I personally hate this as an investor, to be unable to calculate profitability on unit economic basis. After all, contracts are signed on a $/GPU hour basis. Why hide this from your investors? Not being able to calculate payback periods, unable to calculate ROIC. And most importantly, we cannot properly assess the $NVDA deal on a contract basis. I really hope the payback period of this contract is not 4 years. I want the glass to be half full, but by starting to censor the purchases, IREN is taking a step in the wrong direction. Not a fan of this.

They have 2 purchase orders for this, 1 between Dell Canada and IE CA Leasing Ltd for 4 phases, and 1 between Dell USA and IE US Hardware 1 Inc (amended from IE US Hardware 4 Inc on April 27, 2026). The order for Canada is divided in 4 phases, and are going to Mackenzie for 80MW of gross capacity, which happens to be 4 buildings of 20MW. The order for Childress is divided in 2 phases, and are going to DC35 and DC36, (as depicted in the earnings presentation) and those are 50MW gross. The purchase price of the order for Childress was $1.2B, and for Canada it was $2.3B If we go with 50,000 B300s for a total of $3.5B then $1.2 would represent 34.285% of the 50,000 GPUs, or 17,140 B300s rounded down. For this calculation I will consider that $IREN will deploy 17,140 GPUs in 50MW gross capacity in DC35 and DC36 of block 3 in Childress.. That would imply at 1.2 PUE, IREN can run 17,140 B300s in 41.67MW IT load. Now by that ratio, they can run 24,680 GPUs in 60MW IT load — a massive difference with 34k units through the Nvidia DGX reference calculation. If common sense is applied, you can still get to 2 completely different outcomes, that show a difference of more than 9k GPUs. The GPU hour rate at 24.68k GPUs would be $3.145 per B300, as MASSIVE difference from the earlier calculated $2.28. Sure, the DGX system may be a factor here. And I'm sure that the reality is somewhere in the middle. But I personally hate this as an investor, to be unable to calculate profitability on unit economic basis. After all, contracts are signed on a $/GPU hour basis. Why hide this from your investors? Not being able to calculate payback periods, unable to calculate ROIC. And most importantly, we cannot properly assess the $NVDA deal on a contract basis. I really hope the payback period of this contract is not 4 years. I want the glass to be half full, but by starting to censor the purchases, IREN is taking a step in the wrong direction. Not a fan of this.

Regarding the Eric Trump / Daniel Cormier “text scandal”, I am open to being convinced otherwise, but I do not believe for one second that Eric Trump would text something so stupid to Daniel Cormier. It’s laughably stupid on its face to think that Eric Trump would ask a UFC commentator if any of the fights are “rigged”. That he would ask it in writing. And that he would not, for example, just pick up the phone and call Dana White or Joe Rogan himself. That said, I just want to understand what happened. Daniel Cormier said he was hacked. If he made the post, did he do it as a joke to illustrate how absurd the text hack was, but realized how the post could be misinterpreted as real? an hour ago, the US lifted sanctions on Syria. some living in the luxury of first world countries, who either haven't paid attention to the genocide and destruction that took place for 14 years or actively advocated for our murder, are furious that Syrians now get a chance to live a dignified life in the 21st century. who think we sold out for Apple Pay and chain coffee shops - not realising that this is what lifting the sanctions are for. this is what 80% of Syria looks like. if not completely destroyed — partially destroyed. these are the homes people will return to if not rebuilt. the lifting of sanctions will help propel our beloved back to civilisation and not be a country of rubble and ruins. it will not be a country etched completely by the spoils of Assad's war against the Syrian people.
