Schummer should be held accountable for inciting a man to go to Kavanaugh's house to do away with him. If Trump is guilty of inciting J6 protestors, then Schumer is certainaly guilty of worse - Schummer didn't say anything like go peacefully and patriotically.

Schumer's threats against Supreme Court Justices were outrageous and unacceptable, now he's facing the consequences of his own actions. His attempts to intimidate justices undermine the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary, it's about time he's held accountable. Justice will be served, and Schumer's arrogance will be his downfall, no one is above the law, not even Senate leaders.

If the American people could see just ONE of these long term scum get toppled it would boost morale and lead to an overwhelming exodus from the democrat party. The problem is that so many sheep believe democrats can do no wrong because they never get prosecuted. Getting AWAY with it is not the same as not DOING it. Hillary admitted a felony on national television… nothing. Newsom burned down his state… deflect to climate change. These people are never held accountable. If even ONE is, the cracks will show.

The New York Times reported on a private strategy discussion this weekend with Virginia House Democrats where they vented about the Virginia Supreme Court’s ruling tossing their new congressional map. One wild idea floated was lowering the justices’ retirement age to force them all off the court and pack it with new appointees. Nothing’s been acted on yet. It’s angry brainstorming right after a big loss. Democrats do feel they are above the law. If a Supreme Court ruling is unfavorable to them they try to find a way to replace the Supreme Court Justices on both State and Federal levels.

He then proceeded to destroy some of the Supreme Court justices, including his own appointees: “I love a few of them. SUPREME COMEDY In 2005, the Chief Information Commissioner asked the Supreme Court to declare the assets of its judges. The Supreme Court got angry. "We don't listen to orders. We give orders." The Supreme Court appealed to the Delhi High Court against the order of the Chief Information Commissioner. But the Delhi High Court said, "You have to release the information." So the Supreme Court appealed the decision of the Delhi High Court to a 2-judge bench of the Delhi High Court. The 2-judge bench of the Delhi High Court referred the matter back to the Supreme Court, saying this is your matter, you decide. Now the Supreme Court became the judge, jury and executioner in its own case. Cricket bookies would kill to have such a fixed match. A single-judge bench of the Supreme Court took up the matter and said a 3-judge bench should decide the case. The 3-judge bench of the Supreme Court sat on the case for 8 long years and arrived at a verdict - the matter should be looked at by a 5-judge bench of the Supreme Court. Finally in 2019, the 5-judge bench of the Supreme Court gave its verdict. It did not say that Supreme Court judges should declare their assets. It merely said the Supreme Court should release any information it had. So basically if a judge does not declare his assets, then there is nothing to declare. Comedy, yes. Funny, no.
