This witness from Wisconsin testified that his father, who lives in a nursing home and has very bad dementia, voted. He testified that his father in no way could have voted, but the system shows that he did in fact vote. Most likely, thousands of illegal votes came from nursing homes in 2020. $The Ghana Tertiary Education Commission(GTEC) has shutdown the Royal Nursing Training College in Tafo Nhyiaeso, Kumasi after a compliance visit by officials from GTEC and the Criminal Investigation Department. The unannounced visit resulted in the discovery of major infractions and anomalies in the school, including the presence of a Montessori at a section of the college. The school is also accused of admitting new students despite the revocation of its accreditations from GTEC and the Nursing and Midwifery Council since 2024. Two management officials were arrested during the operation and students have been asked to go home and await further directives from GTEC.$
