I woke up this morning laughing at how the NDC have embraced LGBTQI and dining with the Gay community 😂😂😂. I passed by the Jubilee house, yesterday, December 20th, 2025 and I loved the way it was cladded with the Gay colours amidst live band and dancing by the NDC staff at the jubilee House. NDC?? naaa we know them already so no suprises here… My heart goes out to the Genzs who had to experience them first before knowing their insincerity, hypocrisy, inconsistencies and incompetence. Some millennials have been working for 20 years and are still confused by corporate 😂 For those who are still in the dark let me fill you in. Your performance doesn't matter. Your performance review doesn't matter. Your compensation has been set by a budget committee a year ago. You are not "overachieving" anything. Management has a fixed pool of money to pay the people they manage so they can give them raises less than inflation. If they give you more money, they have to give someone else less money. It's a zero-sum game. Managers actually have a larger pool of money to hire new employees because corporations recognize that new hires need to be incentivized to come over. They won't just leave their company for the same money. If you've been at the same company for 5 years you are underpaid. If you've been at the same company for 10 years you are paid less than a new hire at a competitor. Loyalty doesn't matter because there is no reason for a company to voluntarily pay you more money. Corporations already know that over 95% of employees will not go anywhere and will take whatever they get. Even if that's nothing. There's no reason to pay everybody more money when only a tiny percentage of workers will leave. Even if you leave... (remember over 95% of employees will not) ... the corporation will distribute the work you were doing among all your coworkers. And they will take on the extra work. And they will stay. For nothing. Because in addition to a salary, what an employee wants is to not have to look for a new job. That's all the want. They don't want to move anywhere. And companies know it, and they will take advantage of that. Now you know! You're welcome.

This is very good advice from Nick Griffin Beyond the Pale to Rupert Lowe MP. Restore aren’t going to win in 2029 or even get close. So what can Restore do to really maximise its long term effectiveness? They should stand aside apart from in a few target seats in 2029 but in the next 3 years engage in a massive ground game to register voters and collect canvassing data. Then when Farage inevitably falls out with all his team and fails to deliver the change he promised Restore will be available to them as a defection option and will already have a powerful ground game which incentivises defectors as they know they’re joining something real that can help them regain their seats at the 2034 election. This longer term strategy I believe is far more effective than the folly of a 2029 strategy which will only act to split the vote. However, a growing theory in my mind is that there is in fact a deal between the Tories and Lowe and that the terms of that deal are for Lowe to hoover up this disenfranchised block of ex-Reform voters and march them over to the Tories. Which might explain why Rupert doesn’t really bother doing interviews, leaves his Chief of Staff to run most of the day-to-day, and why the party is being very deliberately kept from steering too far to the right.
