Must remember that the Qataris had advance notice plus the Americans. Launch of missiles was a symbolic gesture by Iran and choreographed as a tit for tat measure.

Iran War Update (08/09/2026 - 1900 EST) Over the last 4 hours, it appears that Iran and it's proxy terrorist groups have launched a coordinated attack against US allies and a commercial vessel. After listing new demands this weekend (that Trump will never agree to), Iran attacked another commercial vessel. The Houthis in Yemen launched another ballistic missile attack against Saudi Arabia. The Islamic Resistance in Syria (IRGC backed) launched a Fadjir-1 Ballistic Missile at Israel. The CENTCOM Commander visited Israel yesterday amid rumors that the IDF would attack Iran without USA support. CENTCOM and the White House remain silent on the situation amid circulating MSM narratives from "official sources" that Trump is going to withdraw and announce victory (which I seriously doubt).
