Love how ABC News makes this sound like a failure. It was a success.

Must be because of all those woke engineers working for Space X.

BREAKING: “This is a test of the Starship Super Heavy System. @elonmusk and the engineers at @SpaceX have developed this rocket to be a fully reusable transportation system designed to carry both crew and cargo to orbit, the Moon, Mars and beyond. If this had been an actual mission, there would have been cargo or crew on board and the explosion would have been followed by screams and tears followed by official information. This concludes this test of the Starship Super Heavy System.” Come on.. this was a test. The only thing that was guaranteed was excitement. And it delivered. Only by testing and failing.. can you learn how to do it right. This was not a failure. This was learning. This was a test. No Space company has ever succeeded on their first attempt with a new design. Space X has an unbelievable success rate with Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy and has proven their capability and reliability. There is a million ways for a rocket launch to go wrong.. and only one way to go right. Congratulations @SpaceX team for all the work that has gone into todays test. We look forward to continuing tests and future success!

SpaceX, another failed government project. Pull it's funding. Why are we paying billions of dollars for a vanity retread of what NASA can already do?
