The problem, is that all of the people counting the votes are in on the steal also. They will flag it immediately and report it or simply not count the votes if they are for Spencer. If his percentages start to go up, they will report it as "suspicious behavior".

@spencerpratt is going to be an outstanding mayor. I believe this is the start of a truly remarkable political career.
