There is no ceasefire in Lebanon with I$raeli attacks continuing in the south as it insists the MOU between Iran and the US doesn’t apply to them. Multiple villages have been targeted this morning with demolition operations while a booby-trapped vehicle was detonated on the road between Haris and Tebnine. Some municipalities have warned people not to return as many of those displaced from their homes are heading south. I$raeli forces this morning opened fire on Kfar Roummaine and also targeted the area around Maifdoun as civilians tried to return with at least one person wounded.

One of the grenades detonated as he was throwing it, killing him. The man - bearing a Christian name - was wanted on charges of murder and drug trafficking. The second man was reportedly arrested. 3 members of the checkpoint were wounded by shrapnel.

Engine 3 arrived six minutes later and reported smoke coming from the back door on and eaves of an abandoned AM/PM. A full alarm was called, and crews started to search for the source of the fire. As seen in this video, there was a significant fire event. The roof collapsed, and operations shifted to a defensive mode. At this time, crews are unable to enter the building to extinguish remaining hot spots, and excavators will be used to tear it down. Firefighters were on the roof when it collapsed, but they were uninjured, as was the individual seen in the video. This video highlights the dangers our crews face every time they battle a fire, and we are thankful that everyone is safe. The fire was caused by homeless activity.

Damascus Continues Attacks Despite Ceasefire Agreement Despite the ceasefire agreement, Damascus-affiliated factions continue their attacks on Kobani and the al-Aqtan prison in Raqqa.
