Down-ballot Republican candidates never appeared on these ballots. The SOS Director of Elections has reportedly acknowledged this ballot was not supposed to be accessible to in-person voters. How many voters were affected? The commissioners unanimously approved spending over $1 MILLION to move to hand-marked paper ballots. Instead, dozens of ExpressVote barcode machines were deployed at nearly every early voting location and — according to our County Chair — workers were instructed to offer and encourage electronic voting. The only known contract is a §31.093 separate primary — which says in its own text that the EA "may not prevent" the county chair from supervising the election. But the EA selected the voting system, programmed the ballot format, chose the locations, conducted all training, and established all procedures — powers that under the Election Code belong only to the county clerk (or EA if County has one) in a §172.126 joint primary. Then EA ignored the County Chair when she called foul. Why does the framework matter? Under a separate primary agreement, the Republican Party independently oversees its own election. Under a joint primary agreement, the county EA and Commissioners take control of everything. When ballots are commingled, check-in is combined, and workers are shared — the party loses all ability to protect the security and purity of our election nor can independently verify its own primary results. Today I called on the Commissioners Court to: ✅ Convene a special session on the primary framework If we got more than 2:50 seconds, ask to: Direct the EA to identify her specific statutory authority — on the record ✅ Separate the scanners, ballot boxes, voter lists, and check-in immediately ✅ Remove the unauthorized BMDs and unauthorized ballot format ✅ Refer the matter for investigation Once R and D ballots are commingled without authorization, the security and purity of the ballot box is destroyed — and it cannot be restored. Neither party can independently verify its own ballots are legal. That's not a procedural issue. That's a constitutional violation under Article VI, §4 of the Texas Constitution. Up to 40,000 Republican in-person voters were disenfranchised in the 2020 Maricopa County election because of election machines not be tested and manipulated prior to Election Day, with 1 out of 2 ballots in over 125+ vote counting centers rejecting ballots in the 2020 election. I had a stream that got 120,000 views that just got removed from YouTube because it violated community guidelines about gambling. At the 1:26 timestamp, I apparently promoted an online gambling site. I have video evidence of this being false. The time that I allegedly violated rules about gambling is literally a countdown clock with no audio to let people know when the game starts. The appeal was denied within 20 minutes. Now, my channel and my livelihood is in danger of being terminated because YouTube flagged it for violating the "regulated goods policy" where I apparently promoted a site while having a blank static screen with a countdown clock. I have yet to hear a response from TeamYouTube about this, and have yet to speak to a human throughout this entire process. I graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in December 2022. I will pursue any and all legal action. Restore the video, remove the sanctions against my channel, and give me the money that I rightfully earned on stream, or I have no problem going to court.
