Mr. Morrison, I advised you and Greg Hunt that vitamin D and associated nutrients would protect everybody against covid in MARCH 2020. I told you the problem would have been solve in 6 to 8 weeks. You and all of the other politicians and so-called experts ignored me and my team. You will never be forgiven for the carnage you have caused this country and its people.

It was an awful time in my life. I lost my job and watched my kids follow the depopulation agenda and potentially euthanise themselves. I wasn’t allowed to talk about it but I begged them not to. It damaged our relationship to this day as I’m still silenced from speaking out 😞

Our Human Rights Commissioner defended the mandates ⬇️ Unsurprising, given she was appointed by mandate. And she believed that mandate implementation is dependent on vaccine uptake:

I discovered that the Commonwealth government does not know what it is. It also lied that the Victorian government forced them to do the opposite to their health directive, which was also a national plan. Laws and acts are not followed by Government.

Today I asked the Senate to support my COVID-19 Vaccination Status (Prevention of Discrimination) Bill 2022. This bill would have protected Australians from discrimination based on COVID-19 vaccination status across Australia, including in employment, education, accommodation, and services. It would have applied to the Commonwealth, States, Territories, and non-government entities, ensuring individuals are not unfairly treated due to their vaccination status. Senators Lambie, Tyrell, Pocock, Van and Thorpe were all absent from the chamber, allowing Labor, the Greens and Senator Payman the numbers to defeat this vital legislation. To add insult to injury, Labor used their speaking time to insult Australians who support my legislation as fringe conspiracy theorists. How shameful. We raised this issue first in 2021 when parliamentary sittings were being held remotely while the jabs were being rolled out and lockdowns were being imposed. They were attacked in parliament by their very own elected representatives. I draw the Senate's attention to section 51.23(a), which states that parliaments can make laws with respect to the provision of maternity allowances, widows' pensions, child endowment, pharmaceutical benefits, sickness and hospital benefits, and medical and dental services, but not so as to authorise any form of civil conscription. What were the vaccine mandates if not civil conscription imposed on the Australian people by the coronavirus? The Prime Minister at the time, Scott Morrison, knew he couldn't mandate the vaccines because it would go against the Constitution, so he handed it over to the premiers to enforce it on the people and businesses. I also note the valedictory speech of former New South Wales Premier Dominic Perrottet last week. He acknowledged that while vaccines saved lives, mandates were wrong, and people's personal choices should not have cost them their jobs. He admitted that more respect for freedom was needed and that if a pandemic comes again, there must be a better balance between encouraging people to take action and protecting fundamental liberty. A mandate is still in place for NSW Health workers, and firefighters who refuse to be jabbed are still being refused work even now, long after their counterparts have not been forced to have the jabs since December 2021. I believe the same is happening in Victoria with the firefighters there, unless things have changed. The pandemic of discrimination against Australians cost taxpayers an eye-watering $18 billion to buy vaccines that were not only ineffective in preventing infection and transmission but also caused immense harm to many thousands of Australians and millions across the world. The Therapeutic Goods Administration recorded more than 144,000 adverse reactions in Australia, an astronomical amount compared to other vaccines. The evidence is clear—these untried and untested medicines have caused significant harm to human health. Young men across the world are experiencing heart problems, women’s menstrual cycles have been disrupted, and there has been an increase in miscarriages and birth defects. There are far fewer kidney transplants taking place due to a sudden shortage of healthy kidneys. There is also an unexplained spike in deaths in Australia and around the world, which is not related to getting the virus. Additionally, we are now seeing a rise in cancer cases. To those who had this vaccine, I am sorry to tell you—you have compromised your body and your health. One cardiologist said that by having the jabs, you have compromised your heart 100 percent. This is what the government and bureaucrats have done to you. You were led like sheep to the slaughter, forced to have this vaccination against your will. If you wanted to have the vaccine, that was your choice, but when people were forced and lost their jobs because they had to have the vaccine, that is what I am angry about. Bureaucrats in Australia have been indemnified from the consequences of imposing these harmful mandates. That needs to be reversed. Australians are demanding accountability for being forced to accept vaccinations proven to be harmful to their health. We must unpack the entire Australian response to the pandemic, see the health advice which led to these mandates, and act before the World Health Organization treaty is imposed on the world. The only way to do this is to follow One Nation's policy to establish a royal commission into the management of the COVID-19 pandemic by all Australian governments. But they will not do it because both the Liberal-National Party government and state Labor governments are guilty of it. However, the people want answers and for leaders to stand up and admit their mistakes. The mental and physical health issues that people are dealing with due to the vaccine are numerous, and I am often told by those who have health issues that they had the vaccine. I say, "Do not have any more." People were not allowed to see their loved ones, even those in aged care homes. They were dying because they were distraught and couldn't see their family. How many people in good health have suddenly died from heart failure? How many former Olympians or other healthy people have suddenly died from heart attacks? These deaths were hidden and buried, with no autopsies done. Even an inquiry that One Nation initiated with Pfizer and Moderna claimed, "No, no one was forced." What a load of rubbish. Why did the government indemnify these pharmaceutical companies? We were giving vaccinations to people that were not tried, tested, or proven. Every batch manufactured was not tested, and that was the problem. I will continue to fight for the people until we get a royal commission into this. One Nation is the only party fighting for this, and I respect those who have also stood up for this cause. The people are demanding answers and accountability. They want leaders with backbone who will be upfront with the Australian people. If we do not address this now, the next time a similar situation arises, the same mistakes will be repeated.

I thank everyone who signed and supported our petition for the UK Parliament to debate the WHO IHR amendments. We made it! They will debate them and I will be there on that day. I would like to also take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported the World Council for Health in 2023. This past year has seen our coalition of more than 225 grassroots organisations go from strength to strength! With your financial contributions, we have demonstrated leadership in medicine, holistic health and science, international health policy, and human rights law. The World Council for Health has become a leading voice on health and sovereignty issues that impact everyone. At WCH, we envision a healthy, free, and sovereign world where we all have what we need to generate, sustain, and protect our own health and that of our loved ones, our communities, and our environments. However, a minority of special interest groups have a rather different vision, they envision a New World Order where we have nothing, and they have everything. A world of monopoly power where we, the many, are made fearful and exploited by the few. This is the most pressing issue of our time and it has grave implications for the future of our children if we choose to do nothing. The EMA explicitly states that it has exclusively allowed the corona vaccines on the market for individual immunisations. And this is devastating for governments that have gone full circle with the message that you are doing it for someone else Not only did the EMA not allow the vaccines at all to go against infections, the EMA goes even further. It explains in its answer, and I quote "The EMA's assessment reports on the admission of vaccines emphasise the lack of data on contagiousness" In other words, the vaccines were not intended to prevent infections and there are no data at all that substantiates that the vaccines help against infections. In fact, the EMA states that the exposure to the virus increases the chance of infections even in those vaccinated. The mass government campaigns to vaccinate yourself, to protect your parents, your neighbors, the weaker in society, were not only unauthorized, but also completely nonsense and not based on facts. The EMA says that the vaccines are only for the protection of the vaccinated individual. And before the individual, the patient, is vaccinated, all safety information must, and I quote the EMA again, "Be taken into account when administering or recommending a vaccination". So you were only allowed to make a recommendation for a vaccination after a doctor had determined that this was sensible in your case. And because almost no one under the age of 60 had a chance of serious complications due to the coronavirus, no one, but also no one under the age of 60 should be vaccinated after a single exception. So the sports halls full of vaccine prickers were completely in conflict with the use of which the vaccines had been administered by the EMA. To assess the safety of the vaccines, it was essential for the EMA that side effects would be properly registered. And the EMA says about this, we expect many reports of side effects that occur during or shortly after vaccination. And that means that the complaints must be reported especially in the first period immediately following vaccination. The government supported a policy in which these complaints were not reported the first 14 days after vaccination, because the vaccine would need 10 to 14 days to become effective. All complaints in that period were written to the coronavirus, and that is not only fraudulent, but that is deliberately endangering people's lives. And I remind you once again that we are still fighting with a gigantic so-called unexplained excessive mortality The government knew that the vaccines would not protect against the spread of the virus, but did not share this information with the citizens. The government's so-called combatting misinformation bill marks the beginning of the end for free speech and democracy in Australia. Make no mistake, this bill is another alarming example of overreach and a step towards government tyranny over what we can and cannot discuss. It gives the government unfettered power and control over Australians and their right to exchange ideas, thoughts and opinions. Do you realise what we're risking here? Free speech is the bedrock of democracy, and, as Benjamin Franklin said, there is no such thing as public liberty without freedom of speech. The bill compels digital platform providers like X and Facebook to censor content that may contribute to serious harm. But who makes that decision? Who's the arbiter of truth? One of the bill's definitions of content that may cause serious harm is content that may cause serious harm to 'public health in Australia, including the efficacy of preventative health measures'. Where have I heard those words before? Why don't they just say misinformation is whatever discussion or debate goes against the narrative of the government of the day? It appears that anyone with a view that's contrary to the government's narrative is going to be in the firing line, just like during the pandemic, when our government, the government I was a part of, censored 4,000 social media posts as misinformation, many of which proved to be absolutely true. I'm not alone in my concerns. In giving feedback on the original exposure draft, the Law Council rightly outlined concerns that digital platform services lack the expertise and resources to identify and distinguish misinformation. The Human Rights Commission, who were missing in action during the pandemic, said the bill didn't strike the right balance between censorship of objectively untrue content and protection of freedom of expression. It seems this final bill hasn't adequately addressed either of these legitimate issues, so why is it being rushed through? I agree with Dr Phillip Altman, a pharmacologist with 40 years experience as a clinical trial and drug regulatory affairs consultant, who believes the biggest pedlars of misinformation during the pandemic were the government and unelected health bureaucrats. That's because they: falsely claimed that the experimental gene based mRNA injections were safe and effective when this was not supported by the available evidence, even from the pharmaceutical companies themselves; falsely claimed the senseless vaccine mandates would help to stop transmission when they were never tested for that; falsely claimed that COVID injections would keep you from getting COVID, getting seriously ill or going to hospital; falsely claimed that masks prevented transmission or infection; falsely claimed it was a pandemic of the unvaccinated; falsely claimed that early treatments were unsuitable; and falsely claimed that there was no clinical evidence to support ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of COVID-19. Worst of all was the vilification and censorship of doctors, academics and scientists who raised the alarm about the safety of the vaccines. But here's the rub: professional news services—mainstream media—are excluded from this bill. So they can lie or cause harm without fear of repercussions. Does anyone see a big red flag here? Based on what I've observed over the last nearly five years, it's the deliberate suppression of information by the media that is most sinister. This includes their failure to disclose the vested interests of so-called health experts, expert committees and institutions providing public advice; their failure to report on the doctors and health practitioners being deregistered and suspended for daring to disagree with the government's narrative; their failure to put pressure on the government to reveal the contractual arrangements with vaccine manufacturers; their failure to ask about the estimated 30,000 excess deaths since the rollout of the jabs; their failure to hold the TGA accountable for failing to investigate the more than 140,000 reports of adverse reactions to the jabs; their failure to highlight the minimal to near zero risk of COVID-19 in the young versus the risk to the elderly; and, most heinously, their failure to cover stories of the vaccine injured, including the thousands of injured Australians who aren't even eligible for compensation because of the illogically narrow eligibility criteria. We're constantly assured that the science is settled and bombarded with propaganda to follow the science, but surely this dogma has no place in science. Surely our doctors, academics and scientists must be free to ask questions about assertions and debate issues. These are truly unprecedented times. 🔥As a Black man who fights for the health of our people I can disagree with someone on topics and agree with them on others. My work in the “Health freedom” movement goes back more than 10 years. @robertfkennedyjr was brought to me back in 2015 by a mutual colleague due to the explosion of autism within the Black community and specifically with Black boys. We within the Black community have been gaslit and/or made to feel that we are insane to look at vaccines as a cause if not THEE cause of autism. Turns out our concerns were/are legitimate. The data brought to me in 2015 by RFK jr was regarding the MMR vaccine and Black boys. We also looked over the data (both from the CDC) regarding the hepatitis B vaccine and its connection to autism and Black boys. Scientist Dr. Brian Hooker (another colleague) was brought to me to the same meeting and went over all of this data as a PhD biologist/chemist. We have fought against SB277 in California, SB276 in CA, bills in New Jersey, New York and much much more. This was done on behalf of the rights of parents and the people against vaccine mandates and the guaranteed protections that come with vaccine exemptions (religious, philosophical and/or medical exemption forms). I have worked with parents and their children who are on the autism spectrum since prior to 2010. This nation is sick and it is up to US to change our own condition. On the governmental side THEY have to change things as well and due to my work over the years there are many individuals who I have worked with in this movement, from state-to-state, from California to Washington D.C and all the way up to the steps of the CDC itself! I know who has been there fighting for the rights of the people where health freedom and government accountability are concerned and of those who have been fighting on our behalf, Robert F. Scientist Dr. Brian Hooker (another colleague) was brought to me to the same meeting and went over all of this data as a PhD biologist/chemist. We have fought against SB277 in California, SB276 in CA, bills in New Jersey, New York and much much more. This was done on behalf of the rights of parents and the people against vaccine mandates and the guaranteed protections that come with vaccine exemptions (religious, philosophical and/or medical exemption forms). I have worked with parents and their children who are on the autism spectrum since prior to 2010. This nation is sick and it is up to US to change our own condition. On the governmental side THEY have to change things as well and due to my work over the years there are many individuals who I have worked with in this movement, from state-to-state, from California to Washington D.C and all the way up to the steps of the CDC itself! I know who has been there fighting for the rights of the people where health freedom and government accountability are concerned and of those who have been fighting on our behalf, Robert F. On 1 August 2018, six Zimbabweans were gunned down by the army for protesting the delay in election results. The world watched in horror as it unfolded live on international television. Many ask why Zimbabweans no longer take to the streets. The answer is simple—they once did. And they were met not only with bullets from the regime, but with betrayal from the very man they were defending. Nelson Chamisa, then the opposition leader leading the MDC Alliance, said of the protesters: “It was very stupid even for people who demonstrated. To demonstrate for the results to be released, it was stupid… I am not insulting them, but… it was premature, it was unstrategic, and open to be manipulated by the enemy.” Those words struck deeper, way-way deeper than many imagine because they came from the mouth of hope. Unless this betrayal is acknowledged and those words walked back, Zimbabweans will not rise. Not because they are cowards, but because the last time they stood up in huge numbers, they were shot down by the regime; and told they were “stupid” by the leader they thought they were standing up for. When bullets kill the body and words kill the spirit, what then do you expect of the people left behind in Zimbabwe? There is a long and painful history of betrayal by the opposition. In 2008, I was the first journalist to break the story of post-election violence on South Africa’s eNCA news station. Over 400 lives were lost, yet the opposition; then led by Morgan Tsvangirai, did nothing meaningful to support the victims. Instead, they entered government and enjoyed the perks of power. Nelson Chamisa even gave an interview to The Globe and Mail of Canada, justifying the need for expensive cars in the GNU because, according to him, such cars brought “respect.” That one interview told the story of a movement that had shifted from the people to self-interest. They forgot the very communities that had risked everything to vote them into power. And that is precisely why those communities will no longer put their lives on the line for politicians who abandon them at the first taste of comfort. Until this betrayal is addressed—until opposition leaders begin to fight back with integrity and sacrifice; ZANUPF will remain in power, sustained not only by fear, but by the absence of a credible alternative willing to confront it. The current government of Zimbabwe will never change; but Nelson Chamisa has an opportunity to fix the mess he created by calling citizens fighting for a fair election; STUPID. He must confront the hard truth that real leadership begins with accountability. He needs to publicly acknowledge that calling the 2018 protesters “stupid” was a betrayal of the very people who risked their lives for democracy. He must campaign for the Motlanthe Report to be implemented and for the victims’ families to be fully compensated. One of the family members wrote to me, telling me they have no one helping them. After such deliberate betrayals, those around them will never take to the streets again.
